Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds Before Service Start
    • Refunds will only be granted in cases where services have not yet commenced.
    • If a service has already started, no refund will be issued.
  2. Partial Refunds
    • In cases where work has been initiated but not completed, partial refunds may be available depending on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be prorated based on the deliverables provided.
  3. Dissatisfaction Resolution
    • If you are dissatisfied with the completed service, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue.
    • No refunds will be provided for fully delivered services.

Cancellation Fee

  • If you decide to cancel a service after signing a contract (issued after the proposal is accepted) but before the service starts, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total contract value will apply to cover administrative and preparation costs.
  • Notice Requirement:
    • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the service start date.
    • Any cancellation requests made within 14 days of the service start date will incur the full fee for the first month of service.

Refund Policy for Downloadable Resources

Non-Refundable Purchases

  • All purchases of downloadable resources (including digital products such as templates, guides, eBooks, and other downloadable content) are non-refundable.
  • Once the file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Review Before Purchase

  • Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to confirm they meet your needs.
  • If you encounter issues with the download or believe the product is faulty, please contact us for support.

Exchanges

  • While refunds are not provided for downloadable resources, we may offer an exchange or correction if there is an error or issue with the file.
  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Proposal Expiration

Proposal Validity

  • Any proposal provided by Being K Ltd is valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.
  • After this period, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the proposal.

Acceptance of Proposal

  • Once a proposal is accepted, a contract will be issued, and our cancellation and refund policies will apply.
