Agreement Terms
This policy serves as a binding agreement between Bridging Efficiency in Niche Growing Kenyan Businesses Ltd (referred to as “Being K LTD”, “Being K” “we”, “us”, or “our”) and our clients (referred to as “you” or “client”) for the provision of marketing services. Clients are required to pay upfront for services provided on a monthly subscription basis or through retainer fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing 7 working days notice in writing. Refunds will be issued according to the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancellation is made within 1 working day of the initial payment.
- Partial refund if cancellation occurs after 5 working days but before 2 weeks to the next billing cycle.
- No refund if cancellation is requested after 10 working days.
Digital Products
Digital products such as templates, guides, and e-books are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Delivery of digital products will be made via email/download link within 3 hours of purchase.
Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or digital products that have been accessed/downloaded. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bridging Efficiency in Niche Growing Kenyan Businesses Ltd. In exceptional circumstances, such as severe dissatisfaction or technical issues beyond the client’s control, we may offer alternative solutions or compensations.
