4. Employment Policies

  • Employment Termination:
    • Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate their contract for any reason upon 28 working days’ written notice to the other party.
    • Termination for Cause: The Company reserves the right to terminate the employment contract immediately if the Employee breaches any material term of their contract, fails to meet the required hours, or engages in conduct inconsistent with the Company’s policies.
    • Voluntary Termination by Employee: The Employee may terminate their contract under the following conditions:
      • If the Employee has no active tasks, they may terminate the contract after giving 14 working days’ notice to the Company.
      • If the Employee has active tasks, they may terminate the contract after giving 28 working days’ notice to allow the Company to make arrangements for the tasks.

  • Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on protected characteristics. All employees are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.
